  • Are all your fruits and vegetables organic, local, regional, and or seasonal?
    Our fruits and vegetables are mostly Organic and Local. We strive to have most fruits and vegetables in our region, the southern region. We do get very few tropical fruits organic. All seasonal fruits are organic.
  • Can you ship your produce?
    At present, we are not shipping any produce, or perishable products at the moment. The shipping of produce will come soon. If you are local you can pick it up. local delivery coming soon.
  • Do you have local pick-up and delivery?
    Local pick up and delivery coming soon.
  • Can your herbal teas be shipped?
    We are not shipping the herbal teas at this moment. We will be shipping in the near future.
  • Are all of your products produced by local vendors?
    90% of our products are locally made by local vendors.
  • Do you ship any of your cakes or pies?
    Not at this moment, these are perishable items. We will be shipping them soon.
  • What is your return policy?
    Effective: 01/01/2024 Thank you for your purchase from Green 4 Life. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process. Policy Details You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it. Items that can’t be returned include: Produce For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item. Shipping Fees You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Green 4 Life will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item. We will provide an emailed prepaid shipping label. Restocking Fees Green 4 Life does not charge restocking fees. Process Details To return your purchase from Green 4 Life, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address: Green 4 Life 3375 Roosevelt Highway, Suite F South Fulton, GA, 30349 United States Refunds After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Green 4 Life will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Green 4 Life will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
